3 STEPS TO DRESSAGE

Ambition and drive will only get you so far, then comes appearance and how you are perceived. When I had finished college there were a few things I wish I had known about dressage. Here are 3 steps to looking sharp and investing in your appearance.

1) Wardrobe – If you want to live by 1 rule it should be that tailored and well fitted clothes are everything! If you haven’t invested in a suit that is tailored to you, its time you make that leap of faith, GVS provides perfection in dressage and will give you a perfect look to suit at any occasion. A sharp suit is the staple of every mans wardrobe and if it is your first stick with navy, grey, or black, save the patterns and colours for later. GVS TIP – make sure you get measured by a good tailor to give yourself the best outcome of a bespoke suit order from GVS.

2) You must learn to complete your look with a nice neutral pair of shoes. Once again this is a great investment if you then maintain your investment with time. Work with a black pair or brown to match all your outfits. We would recommend in investing in a pair of nice dress shoes too, potentially made from exotic skins to make you go the extra mile on a special occasion and to complete your dressage. At GVS all shoes are made to fit your sole perfectly and only at the fraction of any retail brands price.

3) Accessorise (within reason) – Never pass by on a watch – a watch screams punctual and prepared. Fossil have an incredible range of skeleton watches, if you want to head for a dress watch why not try a pocket watch, go the whole way and get one from an antique auction?
